This domain stands in for a customer workbench. The script and overlay load from lensdna.app. The overlay may drive this origin only. It is not inside Availity or any payer tab. Bottom-right pill opens the overlay (optional WebRTC voice).

What this proves: a buyer can drop one script tag on pages they own and get field targeting, human gate, and REA on those pages. What this does not prove: automation of a third-party payer portal. That needs the operator runtime in the payer tab (extension or managed browser).
